These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Massage and More (AU) (the "Site"), an online directory that allows independent providers to publish listings and allows visitors to browse them. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & age restriction

The Site contains adult-oriented content. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that it is lawful for you to view such content where you are located.

2. About the Site — our role

Massage and More (AU) is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any arrangement, communication or transaction between providers and visitors, and we do not provide, supply, broker, endorse, guarantee or verify any of the services advertised. Listings are created and controlled by the providers themselves. Any dealings you have with a provider (or visitor) are solely between you and that person, at your own risk.

3. Provider accounts & listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of everything you publish in your listing, including text, images, pricing, availability and contact details.
• You must own, or have all necessary rights and consents to use, any content (including photographs) you upload, and uploading it must not infringe anyone's rights.
• You must comply with all laws that apply to you and to the services you advertise, including any relevant state, territory and local laws.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may review, moderate, decline, suspend or remove any listing or account at our discretion, including where we believe content is unlawful, misleading, or breaches these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that depicts, promotes or relates to any person under 18 or to non-consensual conduct or trafficking; impersonate any person; harvest or scrape data; transmit malware; interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Some features are offered on free and paid plans. Paid plan prices, inclusions and billing periods (monthly or yearly) are shown at the point of purchase and may change from time to time. Subscription fees are recurring until cancelled and are billed in advance. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel a paid plan from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law and that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design and its underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 5, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any listing or other content, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with any provider or visitor or your reliance on any listing. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
